HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
USRA has secured a block of rooms for the Workshop at Moody Gardens Hotel and Conference Center located in Galveston, Texas.

You may make reservations by contacting the hotel directly. Please remember to specify the room block as "Bio2003" to receive the special workshop rate of $95 per night (plus tax). This rate will be available only until December 20, 2002. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a Space Available Basis Only at Rack Rate.

Important: Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or by a deposit of the full charges for the first night's lodging. Reservations cancelled after 48 hours prior to arrival will be assessed one night's room and tax.

AIRPORT INFORMATION:
Air travelers may choose to make their connections to the Workshop via Houston's George Bush Intercontinental Airport or Houston's William P. Hobby Airport.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE:
To adhere to a strict travel budget, we have arranged for shuttle service between the to Houston airports and the Moody Gardens Hotel. Please click on the shuttle schedule for additional information. Workshop attendees receiving travel assistance are required to use the shuttle service. Workshop attendees who are responsible for their own travel expenses may also use this shuttle service if they find it convenient.
