COST REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
Program (while they last) and Session Badge. There will be
no fee for those planning to attend scientific sessions only;
however, we would appreciate pre-registration by December
20, 2002 to facilitate Workshop coordination and to assure
that you receive a pre-printed name badge.
CANCELLATION
POLICY:
A refund (less an $8.00 processing fee) will be given to any
registrant who submits a cancellation notice by 5:00 p.m.
CST on January 7, 2003. However, we will be unable to refund
any fees for cancellations received after this date and time.
All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the
Workshop.
