PRESENTER ABSTRACT INFORMATION

ABSTRACTS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS:
Follow these links to an online Abstract Submission Form and additional instructions for authors. The deadline for abstract submission is November 30, 2004.

ONLINE PUBLICATIONS:
Abstracts will be published in an online volume immediately prior to the Workshop. Proceedings will include the abstracts and plenary presentations, and will be published online following the Workshop.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS:
The primary method of presentation for this Workshop will be posters, which must fit within an area of 44” x 44.” Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer skirted tables, electrical outlets, and extension cords to poster presenters. We will provide pushpins and Velcro tabs for the boards.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS:
Specific instructions for oral presentations will be sent to the presenters.

A Mac and a PC laptop and LCD projector will be available for each session. Personal laptops cannot be plugged into the projectors in the meeting rooms. Dual projection will not be available for electronic presentations.
