Registration for this Workshop is now closed.
REGISTRATION OPTIONS:
- FULL REGISTRATION (3-days) INCLUDES: Program, Badge, access to all sessions, Coffee Breaks, all Lunches and the Tuesday Dinner Banquet.
- ONE DAY REGISTRATION INCLUDES: Program, Badge, access to sessions for one day, Coffee Breaks, and one Lunch.
- TUESDAY DINNER BANQUET: Dinner Banquet only.

CANCELLATION
POLICY:
A refund (less an $8.00 processing fee) will be given to any registrant who submits a cancellation notice via e-mail by 5:00 p.m. CST on February 5, 2007. However, we will be unable to refund any fees for cancellations received after this date and time. All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the Workshop.
