USRA has secured a block of rooms for the Workshop at South Shore Harbour Resort and Conference Center located in League City, Texas. Please reference "NASA/HRP" when making your reservation via phone or fax to obtain the special Workshop rate of $96.00 plus applicable tax.

HOTEL RESERVATION DEADLINE:
The cut-off date for this special Workshop rate is January 13, 2008. After January 13, 2008 rooms will be available only at rack rate and on a space available basis.

AIRPORT INFORMATION
Air travelers may choose to make their connections to the Workshop via Houston's George Bush Intercontinental Airport or Houston's William P. Hobby Airport.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE:
We have arranged and scheduled complimentary hourly shuttle service between both Houston airports and the South Shore Harbour Hotel for Workshop attendees traveling on February 3 and February 6, 2008. 

To secure a seat on a prearranged shuttle van, please contact: Clear Lake Shuttle Bus, Inc. at 281-334-3873.  Please refer to the NASA/HRP Workshop to obtain the free shuttle ride.
