USRA has secured a block of rooms at each hotel at the special rates shown above for either single or double rooms. All reservation requests must be received no later than April 15, 2005. All rooms are required to be guaranteed. Please include a credit card number. Or, you may send a deposit equivalent to one night’s lodging rate to the hotel of your choice at least two weeks prior to your arrival date. At Danfords Inn, check in time is 4:00 p.m., and check out time is 11:00 a.m.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION:
Classic Coach provides shuttle service from the airports to Danfords and the Holiday Inn. If you prefer to make your shuttle arrangements when you arrive, please use an airport courtesy telephone [located in the baggage claim area of JFK, LaGuardia, and Long Island MacArthur (Islip) Airports] to connect directly to Classic Coach dispatch/reservation. At JFK and LaGuardia, dial 20 to speak directly with the Classic Coach reservation department. At Long Island MacArthur (Islip), dial 106 to reach Classic Coach. Tell the dispatcher your destination, and a driver will come inside to help you to a van.

DAILY WORKSHOP TRANSPORTATION
