Registration and an invitation are required for this Workshop. Due to the overwhelming response, registration is now closed to those who have not previously indicated their intention to attend.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A refund (less an $8.00 processing fee) will be given to any
registrant who submits a cancellation notice via e-mail by 5:00 p.m. CDT June 26, 2007. However, we will be unable to refund
any fess for cancellations received after this date and time. All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the Workshop.
