REGISTRATION

Registration is required for this workshop. The Registration Deadline is 5:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time, Monday June 2, 2008.

Participation in this workshop is by invitation only.  Due to space limitations, registration is on a first come, first served basis.

Professional Registration (3 days)

$415.00

Includes: Program, Abstract Book, Badge, Access to all  Scientific and Poster Sessions, Morning and Afternoon Coffee Breaks, and all Workshop Meals.

 

Daily Registration ( 1 or 2 days)

$185.00/day

Includes: Program, Abstract Book, Badge, One Day Access to Scientific and Poster Session,  Morning and Afternoon Coffee Breaks, 1 Lunch and 1 Dinner (or Poster Reception).

 

Accompanying Person Registration

$280.00

Includes:  Access to Evening Events only – Dinner Buffet, Poster Reception, and Dinner Banquet

 

SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING MEALS

If you have any dietary restrictions or needs, please provide this information on the registration form in the space provided.  We ask that you identify your meal requirements prior to the event or we may not be able to accommodate your needs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A refund (less an $10.00 processing fee) will be given to any registrant who submits a cancellation notice via e-mail by 5:00 p.m. CDT June 2, 2008. However, we will be unable to refund any portion of the registration fess for cancellations received after this date and time. All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the Workshop.
