Beginning December 1, 2006, you may reserve rooms for the Workshop at the Embassy Suites Dallas Market Center. USRA has secured a block of rooms at a special rate for either single or double rooms. Reservation requests must be received by the hotel no later than February 1, 2007. All rooms must be guaranteed by credit card. Airport Information:
Workshop participants traveling to Dallas by air should plan to arrive via one of the following airports. Please note that Dallas Love Field is the most convenient airport for this workshop location.
Airport shuttle transportation is readily available at both Dallas airports. Reservations are not required unless you need handicap accessible transportation. Upon arrival at the airport and after collecting your luggage, locate the ‘Information Board/Phone’ at baggage claim, press the appropriate number for SuperShuttle. After giving your location to the Guest Service Representative/Dispatch (the terminal and section are on the phone), proceed upstairs and outside to the "Shared Ride" area and look for the blue and gold SuperShuttle Van.

In addition, group transportation returning to both Dallas airports will be arranged to depart directly from the UT Southwestern campus upon completion of the workshop.
DAILY WORKSHOP TRANSPORTATION:
For your convenience, group transportation will be arranged for daily trips and special events during the workshop. A shuttle schedule will be posted on this web site in Mid January 2007 and will also be posted in the hotel lobby during the workshop. Please note that the Embassy Suites also provides a courtesy van upon availability for local destinations within a few miles of the hotel (this would also include the UT Southwestern campus). Individuals interested in utilizing this service should contact the hotel front desk directly to make reservations.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
To Embassy Suites Hotel Dallas - Market Center
From Dallas Lovefield Airport: Take Cedar Springs Road to Inwood Road. Turn Right on Inwood to the Stemmons Freeway (I35E). Turn Left onto I-35E Frontage road. The hotel will be on the right hand side.
From Dallas / Ft. Worth Airport: Take the South Exit of the Airport. Take Highway 183 East to Dallas. Take I-35E South, exit on Inwood Road. Go through the first light. Stay on the service road and the hotel will be on the right hand side.
CAMPUS PARKING INFORMATION:
If you are local to the Dallas Area and will be driving to the workshop location, visitor parking is available adjacent to the ND/NG buildings off of Forest Park Road. Please review the UT Southwestern North Campus Map for a view of the workshop location and parking.
Please be aware that there are many parking areas with restricted / reserved parking spaces for UT Southwestern faculty, staff, students and special guests of the university. Parking policies on campus are strictly enforced and parking tickets will be issued to any visitor parking in a reserved space.
